Usage Terms and Conditions
These images are "royalty-free" for promoting Gujo Hachiman Tourism services, products, destinations or businesses, in non-commercial applications. Examples include:
- Materials promoting a specific area and/or all of Gujo Hachiman (e.g., guides, websites, videos, presentations, maps);
- Meeting, conference and tourism trade show material and displays;
- Travel product catalogues;
- Location scouting for video and film production;
- Promotional posters, calendars, postcards, CDs or DVDs that are not for sale; and
- Tourism websites, television spots or commercials.
Images and video materials may not be used or reproduced in:
- Materials intended for sale (e.g., books, calendars, postcards, screen savers) and the packaging of materials intended for sale (e.g., book jackets, CD covers);
- Materials that are used to sell or promote a non-tourism related business, service or product;
- Materials related to tobacco, alcohol and religious or moral issues;
- Personal or business letterhead, business cards and interior decoration;
- Materials used for partisan political purposes; and souvenirs for sale (e.g., T-shirts, playing cards, product packaging, water bottles etc.).
- Images entered it into photo or other types of contest.
Images and video materials may not be substantively altered, duplicated, shared, sold or copied unless authorized by Gujo Hachiman Tourism Association.
By downloading and using the images and/or video, you, the user, agree to the above Usage Terms and Conditions and take full responsibility to use the images and/or video for non-commercial applications. Please credit Gujo Hachiman Tourism Association with any use.

これらの画像は、郡上八幡の観光、地域、そして産業等を広く宣伝していただくためにお使いいただく非商用アプリケーションの無料画像集です。
ご利用いただける目的は、
郡上八幡を宣伝いただくための資料（ガイド、ウェブサイト、ビデオ、プレゼンテーション、地図など）への使用。
- 会議、観光物産展、観光トレードショーの資料と展示。
- 旅行カタログ、パンフレット等の無料印刷物。
- ビデオや映画制作のためのロケーション選び。
- 非売品の販促用ポスター、カレンダー、絵はがき、CDまたはDVD。および観光案内等を目的としたウェブサイト、テレビスポット、そしてコマーシャルへの使用。
郡上八幡メディアギャラリーの画像およびビデオ素材は、以下の目的で使用することはお断りいたします。
- 販売を目的とした商品への使用。（書籍、カレンダー、ハガキ、Tシャツなど）および販売対象に付随するパッケージへの使用。（書籍のジャケット、CDカバー、飲料ラベルなど）
- 観光を目的としないビジネス、サービス、または製品の販売または宣伝への使用。
- 政治的、宗教的または道徳問題に関連する資料。
- 個人またはビジネスのレターヘッド、名刺、室内装飾等への使用。
- 画像の変更および画面に他の画像を加えることや複製、販売、コピーしての使用。
- 但し、次のような場合郡上八幡観光協会までお問い合わせいただき使用の許可を得た上での画像写真を利用することができます。
- 販売を目的とした商品（販売書籍、カレンダー、Tシャツなど）および販売対象に付随するパッケージ（書籍のジャケット、CDカバー、飲料ラベルなど）であってもその目的により、有償での使用を許可することがあります。
写真画像およびビデオをダウンロードしてご使用いただくことは、利用者が上記の条件に同意し、使用に関する責任を負うものといたします。また画像をご使用いだいた場合、ご使用になった印刷物もしくはウェブサイトに「写真提供郡上八幡観光協会」の明記をお願いいたします。
